Acclimatisation on the Zambia expedition
In Zambia acclimatisation treks can explore rural villages, rocky hills or river valleys as the see fit.
Trekking phase
In Zambia the Batoka Gorge offers a fantastic challenge with sleeping out under the stars enroute and dramatic gorge scenery.
Project phase
You're bound to get a warm welcome on your project in Zambia. In the past few years teams have contributed to valuable projects at feeding centres - building grain stores and goat enclosures, and refurbishing the dining area with colourful and educational healthy eating murals. An innovative project using the traditional technique of chilli seed fences to keep elephants off school grounds has been set up!
Rest and relaxation phase
Zambia's South Luangwa National Park offers world class safari opportunities in a traditional savannah setting. Teams can head to the awesome Victoria Falls, or even go walking with lions!
