I want to lead an expedition – what skills and experience do I need?We are looking for passionate individuals who are seeking a new challenge to lead groups of young people through adventures abroad. To be an Expedition Leader you must have experience working with young people and have an understanding of group dynamics. Take a look at the expedition leader requirements here. |
You will also have travelled through developing countries. In return for your commitment, experience and reliability you will receive a competitive pay package and regular training to keep your skills fresh.
