As part of the Specialist and Activity sector within the TUI Group, World Challenge plan and deliver exciting, educational expeditions to over 50 destinations within the developing world, from South America to Mongolia!

We offer the opportunity for over 500 school groups to enter into a programme of learning and development; fundraising; and team building, culminating in a 1-6 week Expedition. Our aim is to ensure that the young Challengers experience an awe-inspiring range of community project work, trekking and cultural adventure.

Offering these opportunities to young people and the teachers who accompany them are our dedicated Sales team. We are now seeking a proven telesales executive to join that team.

What you’ll be doing…
Working in our driven, competitive and results focused telesales team, you will proactively contact teachers to build positive relationships, gather information and develop new business through professional telephone sales and targeted mailing and e-marketing campaigns. You will provide the regional sales team with high quality leads, booking new business meetings on their behalf. You will develop an excellent level of knowledge of the destinations we visit and will proactively increase the profile and uptake for our full product range.

What are we looking for..?
You’ll be target-driven and achievement focused, ready to be rewarded for your success. You will have excellent administration skills and experience working with CRM databases. Confident and with a professional, proactive approach, you’ll be able to demonstrate exceptional communication skills.

You will have proven telephone based sales experience, a consultative approach and proven experience of achieving results.

A natural influencer, you will be tenacious, dedicated and ideally have a good understanding of the benefits of outdoor education. Any experience with sales into the educational market would be a bonus, but not essential.
