We offer the opportunity for over 500 school groups to enter into a programme of learning and development; fundraising; and team building culminating in an exciting overseas expedition. We have over 50 developing world destinations in our portfolio, from Mongolia to the Galapagos Islands!
What you’ll be doing…
As the market leader and with the launch of an exciting new product, we are seeking high calibre, charismatic and influential Field Sales Managers to expand our portfolio of schools; and to add to our existing, professional team.
With an office based sales team to provide opportunities for you, you will manage your own geographical area, consult with teachers to cultivate new sales of expeditions, present to various stakeholders; and build a network of contacts at all levels in the education sector.
Your area will include Surrey, East Sussex, West Sussex and Kent and occasional meetings in London, Buckinghamshire and Hertfordshire.
What we’re looking for…
We are seeking people with passion, stature, confidence, and the ability to develop consultative and positive relationships to join our dynamic and forward thinking company. Tenacious and results driven, you will be able to demonstrate your ability to achieve revenue based targets and manage customer relationships. You will have proven sales experience and will ideally be adept at managing the complete life cycle of a sale. A strong communicator, you will have a consultative approach and creative problem solving skills.
In addition, you will have:
- A strong belief in the value of experiential learning in youth development
- Developing world travel experience would be an advantage
- Organisational, planning skills and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal and good numeric ability
- Confidence in presenting to large groups and able to work autonomously
- IT skills – Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint
- A full, clean driving licence
