| Stuart Morris, Head of Safety and Training As Head of Safety and Training Stu is responsible for developing the World Challenge Safety Management System and all aspects of training across the global business units of the company. There are inherent risks in everything we do, including travelling within the developing world; Stu's job is to ensure that those risks are well considered and managed on behalf of all people travelling on a World Challenge Expedition. Stu uses his extensive expedition experience to balance risk with the opportunities for experiential learning where young people can develop lasting life skills. Effective training is one of the key factors in successful and safe expeditions. Stu focuses on needs analysis, training processes, and training delivery across the board to ensure that anyone leading or participating in a World Challenge expedition is suitably prepared. |
