Chris Rhodes, Expedition Leader I have been lucky enough to lead the privileged life of a full time Expedition Leader over the last 10 years, working with various companies and supporting young people in challenging environments all over the world. One of the key factors as a Leader, for a successful expedition, is the knowledge that you have the means to deal with any kind of incident that arises. Over the years I have had a number of occasions where that support has been required to a greater or lesser extent and I know from experience that World Challenge operates the finest incident control and support system in the business. This has been developed and refined over many years using feedback from us as Leaders and from the schools themselves, and has resulted in the comprehensive 24-hour support that teams enjoy today. I can’t wait for the next expedition!
