Do you have the potential to be an Expedition Leader? World Challenge is seeking candidates who have a passion for travel and skills to encourage young people to achieve.Potential Expedition Leaders should be responsible and mature as they will be in charge of safety on adventures ranging from a few days to a few weeks. Working as a role model, setting boundaries and allowing young people to try, fail and succeed are all in a days work for our Expedition Leaders.

First you'll need to fulfil a number Expedition Leader requirements and attend a Potential Leader Course.
