World Challenge Operations Centre provision proves it is first class
Despite the World Challenge head office in High Wycombe falling victim to a local power failure today their state of the art Operations Centre was not affected.The World Challenge Operations Centre provides emergency support to customers and staff while expediton teams are out in-country 24 hours a day 7 days a week. The centre is backed up by a generator system to ensure that the essential service provided is cannot be compromised whatever the time, whatever the situation.
Julian Penney, Group Operations Director for World Challenge comments “World Challenge takes its commitment to the safety of its customers extremely seriously. It is at the heart of everything we do, everyday. The Operations Centre and the highly trained and experienced staff working there are an essential part of the safety and back up service we provide, therefore we have invested large amounts of time and resource into maintenance and constant improvements.
