Acclimatisation in Nepal
Acclimatisation can be spent around the Kathmandu area before setting out on the trek. Although there are no short acclimatisation treks in Nepal the main trek is arranged so that you can acclimatise slowly before gaining much altitude.

Main trekking phase
The highlight of this expedition is the challenging trek to Kaala Pattar, 5,550m where you will be rewarded with fabulous views of Mount Everest and the surrounding Himalaya. All treks are fully supported by porters and guides.

Project
Teams work in orphanages or schools, organising activities for the children and doing much needed renovation work on often very sparse buildings.

Rest and relaxation in Nepal

Teams will have the chance to go white water rafting down the Trisuli River or haggle in the local markets in Kathmandu.
