At every step of the fundraising process, World Challenge will be there to help and advise.

World Challenge has lots of ways to help Challengers raise money for their expedition, including:

• A resource area full of useful ideas and tips
• Organised fundraising events
• Online support in the expedition members’ website
• A dedicated Fundraising Support Team fro Telephone and email support
  

Once signed up each person will receive log in details fro the World Challenge member’s site. Here they will be able to find all the information about their expedition including a section for fundraising support.

Loads of useful stuff packed full of lots of handy info, including:

• An ‘Ideas Bank’
• How-to guides to help Challengers organise their own events and get the most out of their fundraising.
• Some examples of previous Challengers’ fundraising events

Challenger Events
See our 2010 Challenger events!
Every year World Challenge organises runs and abseils to help support challengers with their fundraising. These are a great way to raise some extra money as well as a fun day out.  

Challengers often take part in these events in their teams and not just individually so are able to spend time training and participating in the event together. Last year nearly 1,500 students took part in our Challenger runs, raising an average of £200 each. One Challenger raised a fantastic £3,000! These events also enable Challengers to prepare physically for their expeditions, with many even taking part whilst carrying full expedition kit!

Some Challengers fancy having a go at abseiling at one of our regional events. They all have great fun and raise loads of money – on average students raise around £226. Plus, it’s a great opportunity to get together with others embarking upon the same adventure. See our 2010 Challenger events!
