"What an awesome experience. Our month in India has really opened my eyes to their living conditions and culture, and it was very emotional seeing how they live. Getting back to England, it still doesn't feel right using this laptop and watching TV, or even showering! Nonetheless, we had some great laughs as a team and thanks to Tim Myers our Leader for being just a great all round guy. The guides on trek were the best, Bunti and Lalu especially...enjoyed some cracking games of cricket with them. Even on the hardest days trekking, there was always something to raise a smile, whether it be that glimpse of a stunning view or somebody simply cracking a joke. But one thing is for sure, I have learnt new skills, I have learnt more about myself, and I have pushed my boundaries and feel I can now do so much more, all thanks to this expedition. I'm more organised for one thing! Loved teaching and playing with the kids at the school and loved them teaching us too at times! They got the greatest pleasures out of the smallest things. One kid I remember was so chuffed with some bottle caps on a piece of paracord that Tim made. This made me realise actually how lucky we are with all our gadgets over here. Finally, My deepest thanks to World Challenge for making this life changing experience possible and to Tim and Mikaela for being awesome people!"

"The whole trip has been a fantastic experience. It has been a roller coaster  ride for the teaching team and pupils. The whole group found every stage to be challenging both physically and mentally. I think the trek phase was most successful and had the most rewarding moments, but the culture shock of Delhi... Agra will be something all of us will never forget. The team went from strength to strength and felt like a small community , who I will be sad to leave when I go home."

"A very worthwhile venture! Both staff and students have had a fantastic time and most challengers are looking to undertake similar travelling in the future. Students have grown in confidence and are a very close-nit team after their experiences. The leader supplied by World Challenge really fitted in well with the team and assisted them when problems arose. A thoroughly enjoyable time and a positive experience for all involved!"
Marcus O'Neill, School Leader

"I couldn’t pick out one of my favourite moments of the trip as I enjoyed it all from the start to the finish!"
