Introduction to the Mongolia expedition

Mongolia is one of the last unspoilt destinations in Asia. It is a country of mountains, stunning lakes, vast deserts, rolling grasslands, dense forests and unique wildlife.

Mongolia takes up an area three times the size of France and it is the wide open spaces and big sky landscapes are a real highlight of this expedition.

Explore Mongolia with World Challenge Our Challengers loved…
The incredible hospitality of the locals and nomadic farmers and being invited into the traditional Ger’s. It's an ideal destination for teams who wanted to be challenged by a vastly different culture. Teams loved the horse trekking which was an integral part of the Mongolia experience. Treks have been based in the past around the beautiful Khovsgul Nuur which includes hot springs, hidden Buddhist caves, the grave of Chinggis Khaan’s mother and a remote area near the Russian border populated by nomadic families.
