- Handle your booking until departure via your dedicated School Support Coordinator.
- Provide you with the essential information you need to prepare in good time.
- Ensure all team members have access to support via our Customer Support Team, Fundraising
- Support Team and their team specific website
- Deliver an expedition that meets or exceeds your objectives and expectations.
- Provide an Expedition Leader who will inform, inspire and share your team’s expedition
- objectives.
- Ensure that risk management and safety is at the heart of all our planning whilst maintaining a spirit of adventure.
- Operate our expeditions responsibly, sensitively and respectfully
- Give something back through our projects and to our host communities
- Encourage and listen to all feedback and make changes where we can
- Value your loyalty and welcome you back for future expeditions
