What level of importance do you place on bringing the right people into the business?
It’s about bringing the right people in to the right place of the business at the right time; it’s as simple as that! World Challenge is the company it is because of the people. We’ve got the best people and the right structure in place to achieve our goals and drive our business forward.
What are the key attributes you would deem essential for all World Challenge staff to have?
Tenacity and commitment make up 80% of what we look for, the specific skills being 20%. Too many companies place the emphasis on looking for the skills rather than the attitude. If you bring the tenacity and commitment, we’ll teach you the skills.
