How to launch and book a World Challenge expedition
We appreciate just how busy teachers are and so we make booking an expedition as simple as possible!If you are a student and you think your school would be interested in launching an expedition with us, you will first of all need to get one of your teachers on board. You can refer them to our website or request a brochure to take into school. Click here for more student information.
Teachers... launch and book your expedition in four easy steps
Our office is open Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5pm and our dedicated Expedition Advisors are on hand to assist you with any questions you might have.
Step one. Enquire
Download or request a copy of our expedition brochure. Drop us a quick email or call us to set up a school visit. We’ll come to meet you at a time convenient to you and discuss in detail what we can do for you and how the expedition programme works. Step two. Destination
We’ll work with you to choose an expedition destination that meets your criteria, be that for the location, duration or the type of expedition and skills learnt. With over 50 destinations to choose from this can sometimes be the trickiest part of the process, but we're on hand to help!Step three. Reserve
Once you’d decided when and where you'd like to go, we’ll reserve a departure slot for you. The earlier you sign up the more likely you are to get the departure date you’re looking for.Step four. Recruit
The next step is to get the student to sign up to the expedition.- We’ll send you a DVD to help promote the programme and expedition to students in an assembly. The aim of this is to encourage them to bring their parents along to a second presentation.
- We’ll arrange a date with you for one of our staff to come to your school and present to the parents and students about World Challenge, how the experience will benefit the students and what life on expedition will be like.
