World Challenge provides educational expeditions in the developing world and closer to home which teach life skills, stretch comfort zones and expand minds outside the classroom.
What you’ll be doing…
Based at our Head Office close to High Wycombe town centre, you will be joining our dynamic and lively Business Support Team.
You’ll support our Operations, Sales and Marketing teams by completing important administration in an accurate and timely manner; and provide seasonal cover for reception.
Working to weekly team performance indicators to achieve your bonus, you’ll also be motivated to take ownership of your area of administrative support delivery to enhance the quality of your service to internal customers.

Dedicated and enthusiastic, you’ll be able to demonstrate:
- Ability to complete accurate administration in a busy environment.
- Great organizational skills and first class attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and customer awareness
- Ability to work effectively within a team
- Flexible and adaptable as you will be drafted out to help other departments
- Motivated to provide the best possible service to internal customers
- IT proficiency: Microsoft Word, Excel and use of databases
