World Challenge Accreditation

We’re experts and wholly passionate about what we do. We are proud to be one of the very few school expedition organisations to have been externally verified as compliant with BS8848 as well as being award the LOtC Quality Badge for overseas expeditions. We have not ‘self asserted’ our compliance, this has been externally audited by the awarding bodies. We remain actively engaged with both BS8848 and LOTC Quality Badge as they both aspire to ensure quality and safety on overseas expeditions, which is our key priority.

The AQA Baccalaureate is an exciting qualification that adds value to students' core A-level subjects through broader study, the Extended Project Qualification and enrichment activities. Students who complete the AQA Bacc can demonstrate their academic abilities, their commitment to their chosen field of study and skills such as team work, initiative, perseverance and leadership - all important for higher education and employment.

World Challenge activities may be suitable for the enrichment element of the AQA Bacc which rewards the many extra-curricular activities that students do. To find out more about gaining this recognition please visit our website.
